What is Halal?

BISMILLAHIR-RAHMANIR-RAHIM
In The Name of ALLAH, The Most Gracious, The most Merciful

What is Halal?

The Halaal is an Arabic Word which means permissible in Islam. The Halaal does not confine up to Food, Beverages, drinks and Pharmaceutical Products rather it is applicable on all matters of daily life. The Shariah law, which is based on Quran and Hadith is the base to certify a Halal products for muslims.

HALAL MEAT.

We should refer to Holy Quran to know about the halal meat:
Forbidden unto you (for food) are carrion and blood and swine flesh, and that which hath been dedicated unto any other than Allah, and the strangled, and the dead through beating, and the dead through falling from a height, and that which hath been killed by (the goring of) horns, and the devoured of wild beasts, saving that which ye make lawful (by the death-stroke), and that which hath been immolated unto idols. And (forbidden is it) that ye swear by the divining arrows. This is an abomination. This day are those who disbelieve in despair of (ever harming) your religion; so fear them not, fears Me! This day have I perfected your religion for you and completed my favour unto you, and have chosen for you as religion al-Islam. Who is forced by hunger, not by will, to sin: (for him) lo! Allah is forgiving, Merciful. (Al-Maida 5:3).
QUALITY.
The business is based on quality in all aspects. The cheating in all forms dislikes by Allah. Allah has warned those who indulge in cheating of dire consequences. Allah says in Surah Al-Mutaffifeen 83: 1-3“Woe to Al‑Mutaffifoon (those who give less in measure and weight). Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, demand full measure, And when they have to give by measure or weight to (other)men, give less than due”
In this verse, Allah gives severe warning to those who cheat by giving less in weights and measures. If such kind of cheating is given this kind of warning, imagine what would be the condition of a person who steals, embezzles and withholds from the people the things that are due? No doubt, they are the ones more evil than those who cheat in weights and measures.
Conclusion:
The halal products are those which must be according to Shariah law including the set standard of quality.
